Refund policy

We hope you love your Aqua Training Bag as much as we do but if it did not meet your expectations, and 30 days have not come and gone, then please ship it back with the instructions below.

RETURN POLICY

Aqua Training Bags must be shipped back to the Aqua Training Bag warehouse at 113 Park Drive, Montgomeryville, PA 18936 , within 30 days from your purchase date and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase must be presented. Aqua Training Bag is not responsible for the shipping cost of your return.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

  1. Please contact customerservice@aquatrainingbag.com and provide us with the following information.

    a. In the subject line, please put the following information: “RETURN: Order [Your Order # Here]”

    b. Proof of Purchase - this may be a screenshot of your order confirmation with the order number or a copy of your order number with the item(s) purchased and date of purchase.

    c. Reason for return

    d. Tracking for returned item(s)

  2. Ship Your Return. When you ship your return back to us, we suggest sending a tracking number to the Aqua Training Bag customer care team member that you are working with so we know to look for it and begin your refund process at the earliest possibility. Most credits are posted to your credit card within 14 business days of Aqua Training Bag receiving and processing your return.

SELF-SERVE RETURNS

If you'd like to request a return through your customer account, please login and begin the return process. Please be sure to give as much detailed information on the return, so we can best help you.

Once you have requested the return, a member from the Aqua Training Bag customer service team will review the request. Assuming it complies with our return policies, we will approve the request and you will receive an email. Follow the instructions below to complete your return:

  1. Send an email with tracking information to customerservice@aquatrainingbag.com, along with your order number and product you're returning.
  2. Once we receive the item, we will process the refund. Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days.
